The Seminar Group, Inc. is hosting the 30th Annual Construction Law Seminar in Seattle on October 5 and 6, 2023. This seminar will address recent developments in Washington and Federal case law, statues, and regulations. The seminar is available via Live Webcast or in person at the Courtyard Marriott Seattle Downtown/Pioneer Square.

Ahlers, Cressman, & Sleight PLLC is excited to have several of its attorneys presenting at the Seminar:
Paul R. Cressman, a Program Co-Chair, will introduce the Seminar both days.
• On October 5, John P. Ahlers and Lindsay T. Watkins will present on Differing Site Conditions relating to force majeure, price escalations, and supply chain issues.

• On October 6, Scott R. Sleight will be presenting on Trying Large Construction Disputes that will cover resolving, settling, and using Alternative Dispute Resolution to resolve large construction disputes.
• Also on October 6, Mr. Cressman and Joshua B. Lane will be presenting on new developments in Washington construction law and leading discussions on pertinent Washington legislation and recent Washington cases of interest to construction practitioners.

The presentations on October 5 will be followed by a Reception sponsored by ACS.

This Seminar will provide relevant information for architects, attorneys, engineers, municipal employees, conservationists, and government employees.
