The WSBA Construction Law Section, is presenting a CLE titled Back to the Future: Leveraging Technology in Post-COVID Construction Disputes at 1201 Third Avenue, Suite 4900 Seattle, WA 98101 on June 14, 2024. This CLE will address ethical considerations in light of new technology for construction cases, recent developments in Washington case law, statutes and regulations, how to leverage technology in construction trials, judicial perspectives on technological advancements, discovery revolution utilizing artificial intelligence, and construction appeals.
