ACS is pleased to introduce four promoted partners, as well as newly hired attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff. Attorneys Lindsay Taft Watkins and Masaki Yamada were promoted to equity partners in 2021, and Nicolas Korst and Joshua Lane were promoted to partners in 2022.
In 2019, ACS re-hired paralegal Cydney Fermstad. New additions to the ACS team in 2020 were paralegal Samina Helsey and legal interns Mason Fletcher, and Christopher Lee. In 2021, ACS hired associate attorneys Cameron Sheldon, Cassidy Ingram, Margarita Kutsin, Travis Colburn, and Ryanne Mathisen; paralegals Bernadette Bresee and welcome return of Taylor Orian; legal assistant Kimberly Pelarski; HR Benefits Coordinator Simone Torres; and Front Office Receptionist Colleen Curmi.
