Set forth below (and attached here) is a useful poster for construction projects that are continuing to operate during the coronavirus pandemic and shutdown. There is no requirement that this poster be displayed on the project; however, it is a useful posting to have in the event there is a question whether the contractor took reasonable measures to protect its workers, subcontractors, vendors and other project participants.
