Mr. MacDonald’s practice focuses on commercial law, public and private contracting, and all areas of construction litigation working with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction suppliers on public and private contracts. Since joining the firm as a law clerk during his second-year of law school he has successfully fought for a revision to an Alaska Native Corporation’s CPARS rating, conducted a $42 million public works prime contract review and seminar, a $320 million public works prime contract review, and provided key legal analysis to obtain OMWBE re-certification after a suspension challenged primarily on constitutional grounds.
