Hugo Fraga joined Ahlers Cressman & Sleight in 2023. His practice focuses on represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and developers on private and public construction projects. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a litigator representing property owners and managers, contractors, TNCs, and insurance companies in a wide variety of civil litigation.
Hugo graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and holds a law degree from the University of Washington.
Hugo enjoys a good historical biography and an occasional long run through any one of Washington’s many beautiful trails.
